Now that we’ve all had time to sleep off Halloween, it’s time to hunker down until Thanksgiving.  More or less, anyway.  If you’re looking for a little procrastination, look no further than here!


  • Smith Elects the World Conference: Listen to forty Smith students as they talk about their experiences abroad.  You’ll find it at 4:10 pm (session II starts at 5:10 pm)  in rooms spread out amoung the campus center.
  • Visiting author (and alum from the class of ’81) Julie Metz will be at Smith to talk about popular nonfiction this Monday from 4:30 – 6:00 pm in Seeyle 207.  Ms. Metz is the author of Perfection, A Memoir of Betrayal and Renewal.  Also, there will be  free food!


  • History: 4:30-6 pm, Dewey Common Room
  • Dance: 5-6 pm, Scott Gym Dance Studio
