Here’s what we got:


  • Drink chrysanthemum tea and listen to poetry at the Chrysanthemum Poetry Reading this Saturday!  Students from “The Culture of the Lyric in Traditional China: Plants and Poetry” will entertain you with selected poems from this course.  Find it in the exhibition gallery of the Lyman Plant House at 2:00 pm.


  • Eat good food and dance all night at the 7th annual Taste of Latin America/Latin Rhythm festivities!  Home-made food will be served from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, followed by a wild dance party until 2 am$7 to pre-order tickets and $5 at the door for each event.


  • …is accepting donations for their annual clothes drive starting Saturday!  Donation boxes will be in every house.


  • Last (but certainly not least) is the annual Fall Orchestra Concert!  Head on down to Sage Hall at 8:00 pm to listen to works by Mozart, Vaughan Williams, Beethoven and Jennifer Griffith MM ’01.  Free, just the way we like it!
